Audition Requirements

An audition, either in person or by home recording emailed to johnc@thecollective.edu is required. Video auditions are accepted via direct link (i.e. YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Most digital audio formats are acceptable. There is no hard and fast application deadline, however available spots are limited. Therefore it is recommended that you send in your audition material as soon as you can.

Audition Requirements For Drum Set:

The Collective must receive all application forms and fees before setting up a live audition, or sending in an audition recording. Your playing should be unaccompanied except for a metronome (if desired). If you wish to audition in person, please contact the Admissions Director, John Castellano at johnc@thecollective.edu to make an appointment. Once your level has been established by the results of the audition, a recommendation will be made for an appropriate program.
