The Collective School of Music is proud to announce Drummers Collective student, Colin Taylor, as a recipient of the Armand Zildjian Merit Scholarship for his hard work and to help continue his studies at The Collective. “Thank you Zildjian for this opportunity and for supporting young musicians like myself,” states Colin. “I have been working hard all year at The Collective and I am glad that it is paying off! I am a big fan of Zildjian cymbals and have been playing them for a long time!” Residing in Stonington, Connecticut, Colin attended Brooklyn College as a Psychology major prior to studying at The Collective. Currently in his second year of a two-year program, Colin will be taking the Advanced Performance Program 1 in the Winter 2015 quarter.
