• Student Applies to The Collective Program of Choice and pays the application fee ($75)
  • Student pays Audition fee ($125) and schedules an audition or video submission review through Admissions
  • Program Acceptance Letter Issued by The Collective after teacher review and program recommendation

  • Student picks the payment option, signs the acceptance letter, and fills out all required sections on the attached I-20 application form

  • Student returns signed acceptance letter with all required Financial Statements to The Collective
  • Student Places Program Deposit
  • Student pays I-20 Processing Fee to The Collective ($150)

  • Student information is entered into the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)

  • The Collective Issues Form I-20 “Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status”
  • Student Pays the I-901 Fee at FMJFee.com ($350)

  • Student prints out DS-160 Bar Code Page for U.S. Embassy or Consulate Interview

  • Student schedules Visa interview appointment with US Embassy or Consulate in their Country

  • Student pays the Visa Application Processing Fee ($185) through country specific U.S. Embassy or Consulate web page

  • Student Makes Appointment with U.S. Embassy or Consulate (Wait times approximately 3 Days)

  • Student takes all required documentation to U.S. Embassy or Consulate for visit

  • Student notifies The Collective of completed appointment at U.S. Embassy or Consulate

  • The Collective monitors SEVIS for visa approval and/or necessary additional document requests

  • Visa issued if approved, students may enter the U.S. 30 days prior to the start of their academic program
