The Collective School of Music and Sound Collective are excited to announce the next Collective Masters Live! For Collective Masters Live events, we bring masters of their craft to share their musical knowledge with our community through detailed performance-based interactive presentations. All Collective Masters Live events can be attended in person at 28 Broadway NYC or online via the live stream.
Join us for our next Collective Masters Live on recording drums with Grammy Award-Winning Engineer Vinnie Pagano. Pagano is a GRAMMY Award-winning audio engineer who has worked with some of the industry’s most prominent artists, including Anderson .Paak, Boyz II Men, and Tori Kelly. He will discuss how to mic, record, and mix drums in the studio and at home. He will also go into detail about how mic selection, placement, and quantity affect the recorded sound.
