Grammy Award-Winning Jazz Drummer, accomplished author, and educator John Riley is back after his successful Masters Live Clinic for a Special, limited-time lesson pool just in time for the Holidays!
Join John Riley, celebrated drummer for the likes of John Scofield, Mike Stern, Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, and The Village Vanguard Orchestra (Just to name a few!) and the author of cornerstone books of jazz drumming education such as The Art of Bop Drumming and Beyond Bop Drumming as he partners with The Collective once more for a unique opportunity in our Lesson Pool series!
According to Riley, the class will consist of:
“A Two-hour interactive course for up to 8 students. Each student should come in with 2 or 3 questions which will be addressed in a 15 minute segment in front of the other 7 players. Beginners and Advanced players alike will see my suggestions for each other, and they can use that info in their own playing and teaching.”
